Voting for BBC Banner Designs at Bideford Pannier Market

BBC Artists encourage the public to vote on their Banner Designs

Bideford Bay Creatives were approached to design and create Banners for the lamposts of Bideford. Steven Seatherton from North Devon Plus assembled the images and encouraged the public to vote on their favourite six designs, while the artists explained the project and their exciting ideas. People said that they looked forward to seeing the Banners in place and that they would really brighten up the entry to the town.

A photographic artist who has built up a unique vision of the world through his digitally constructed images. None of his photographs are simply photographs; most of them are made from up to 100 separate images layered, like strata, on top of each other to build up an impression of what it is like to be in a place, giving the viewer far more than a visual experience.
