After studying textile design in London and teaching children art workshops for environmental charities and in schools. I’ve now moved to North Devon to continue developing my own artwork and to teach. My own company Annabel Hill Designs produces cushions, scarves, cards and fine art. I’m looking forward to cultivating the latter especially printed (mono/lino and silkscreen) pictures.

Rusty Ol' Thing!
My work is characterised by fine line drawing, texture and shape in a single picture or pattern, often in muted tones.
I often draw and paint from life (regularly floral) believing this makes a truer representation. My drawings and photographs are manipulated in Photoshop and designed in scarves, cushions and cards.
Printing is great fun; even mono-printing gives a lovely smoky line. Living down in Devon had given me stimulation to create more prints and pictures.
