Mill Street Moments

Saturday 7th August saw the first of our Mill Street Moments. The BBC based themselves outside of Froot Loop and made art. Rosie painted, Janis Pasteled, Mike took portraits of passing strangers, Sadie’sĀ developed her art of conversationĀ and Dave made the pinhole photographs below from a wooden cigar box.

There was a great deal of interest from the public and much new work was made. More random acts of art will happen soon. If othere members have images from the day please post them here.

A photographic artist who has built up a unique vision of the world through his digitally constructed images. None of his photographs are simply photographs; most of them are made from up to 100 separate images layered, like strata, on top of each other to build up an impression of what it is like to be in a place, giving the viewer far more than a visual experience.
